As I was clearing up the trash from 2020 and preparing for 2021, I made time to meditate on what was required of me in the coming year and the word “Evolve” kept repeating itself throughout my meditation time.

I love the word ‘evolve’ because it invokes so much and leaves so much room for growth. I look forward to evolving in 2021 and beyond and in fact I have taken the time to start creating more space for me to being evolving even as we continue to close this year.

2020 has been an incredulous, unexpected, unplanned and for some, an unwanted year. For me, 2020 was incredible. I got to complete some trainings that I’d never have made the time to complete in a “normal” year. I developed more skills to enable me to help others grow. It is a year in which I learned more about myself and what really moved me. 2020 has been a year of phenomenal change for me so 2021 here I come and I am ready to evolve. What have you considered as your word of the year for 2021?
