Yes, dear friend, change will come. In one way or another change will come.
Some people prefer the comfort of the known, the familiar; and there’s no harm in that. However, what a limitation that is? How constricted to know only “that much” and no more. It is the fear of knowing less that keeps countless people in the “comfort zone of the known” and consider the blessings, miracles, magic and possibilities they forfeit by remaining in their state of ‘perpetual bliss’.
I have ventured out into the vast unknown in search of change and yes, there have been times when I’ve known the pinch of having less and when I trace back to those times, it was when I decided there were some people who “knew” more than I did or who were better experienced to judge my next move.
Discovering “choice” or “free will” as the bible refers to it; I have discovered how much more God or Consciousness is willing to support me. It is in choosing greater, more, better, different, that I have come to know the true nature of Spirit.
Have you ever been invited out for a coffee or a meal and when asked for your choice, dared to ask ‘what is your recommendation?’ Did you every wonder what makes another’s recommendation worth your consideration? I have learned to ask for recommendation purely to have more choice, the choice to say “no thank you, I think I’ll have something completely different”. I have to consistently remind myself that I ALWAYS have choice, in every second of my life and living. It is I who must choose what is best in this second, and this one, and this one, oh! And this one. I love choosing greater. Greater choice is what makes this life so much more interesting. What do you choose?
